Purpose
MyBoxLeague is a platform for managing internal club leagues (tennis, padel and similar sports) through monthly phases, with registration, match scheduling, results and rankings. It is offered to clubs by subscription; current prices are published on the home page and in the Terms of service.
Conditions of use
Access to the public pages of the platform is free. A club's use of it is governed by the Terms of service; a player's use, by their club's rules and by the Privacy policy. Anyone who accesses it agrees to lawful use only: not attempting to access other clubs' or people's data, not posting unlawful content, and not taking any action that damages or overloads the service.
Intellectual property
The platform's software, design, text, trademarks and logos belong to PRODUCCIONES LO NUNCA VISTO, S.L.U. or are used under license from their owners; all rights are reserved. Data and content entered by each club and its players (ranking names, results, custom text) belongs to the club, which grants the operator the licence needed to provide the service.
Liability and links
The operator is not responsible for how a club uses the platform, nor for the accuracy of data entered by clubs and their players. The platform contains no advertising or third-party links, except the Stripe payment gateway, which is used during checkout and is governed by its own terms. Any potentially unlawful content can be reported to the contact email above.
Governing law
This notice is governed by Spanish law. Matters relating to the service contracted by a club are governed by the Terms of service.
